Happy Customers Everywhere Book Events

New York Book Launch

On May 2, 2012 in New York City, Columbia Business School's Center on Global Brand Leadership celebrated the release of Prof. Bernd Schmitt's latest book, "Happy Customers Everywhere". The event, co-sponsored by the Columbia Business School Alumni Club of New York, included a discussion by Prof. Schmitt and leading brand experts from Virgin USA, Aimia U.S., and Edelman on customer happiness and strategies companies can incorporate to build consumer loyalty and drive business results.

An additional book launch event will be held in Singapore on May 30, 2012, followed by Columbia Business School alumni events in Manila, Hong Kong, and Taipei this summer.
